OVERVIEW
To reserve the date, the parents of the quinceañera must make a deposit of $250.00 to reserve the desired date. The deposit is not refundable in case the quinceanera is canceled. 

You will be asked to bring the quinceañera's first communion certificate to the office at the time of reserving the date.

Important note: if the quinceañera is not baptized, we will not have a Mass or Quinceañera Ceremony because the renewal of baptismal promises is central to the Ceremony. As well, if the quinceañera has not received her first communion, we will offer the Ceremony only.

Quinceañera Masses are offered only on Saturdays depending on the availability of the parish and priest. There are no quinceañeras celebrated during the time of Lent.

MUSIC
The quinceañera is responsible for contacting the choir for the Mass. The choir should be familiar with the Catholic Mass. And, it is the responsibility of the quinceañera to pay the choir before the Mass.

You can contact the choir of your choice. Here is a list of suggested musicians, please contact the musicians at least 3 months before the date of the Mass to see their availability.

PHOTOGRAPHERS

Video/Photos are allowed during the ceremony, but you need to arrive 15 minutes before the Mass/Ceremony to speak and consult with the priest to agree what and what they will not be able to do during the celebration.
