1. Parents come by the Parish Center (22 Stone Street) with child’s original birth certificate to complete the Baptism Registration Form and pay a $50 registration fee. 
2. Parents and Godparents need to attend the baptismal preparation class which is offered every third Monday of the month at 7:00pm in the church office, no preregistration is required. Parents and godparents must attend the class — even if one parent is not of the Catholic faith. 

1. Has the aptitude and intention of fulfilling the role of a godparent. 
2. Be at least 16 years of age 
3. Be a fully initiated Catholic (baptized, Confirmed, and First Communion) and living their life in accordance with the teachings of the Church. 
4. If married, married in the Catholic Church. 

1. Los padres necesitan venir al Centro Parroquial (22 Stone Street) con el certificado de nacimiento original del niño para completar la Forma de Registro de Bautismo y pagar la registración de $50 dólares. 
2. Los padres y padrinos necesitan asistir a la clase de preparación bautismal que se ofrece cada tercer lunes del mes a las 7:00pm en la oficina de la iglesia, no se requiere preinscripción. Los padres y padrinos deben asistir a la clase - incluso si uno de los padres no es de la fe católica.

Age 7 and older is considered the age of reason when a child can understand the Sacrament of Baptism and actively participate.  Children of this age need to be registered in our faith formation program.  After two years of being in the program, children will complete their Baptism and First Communion. To register for Faith Formation please contact Mary Scattini, our Director of Religious Education.
